Service Scope
Owl Gig Radar is an independent driver-assist monitoring and filtering tool for drivers who use Roadie. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Roadie, UPS, or any sender/retailer.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for all actions taken through your device and your Roadie account. You are responsible for reviewing and following Roadie’s current terms, policies, account rules, and applicable laws.
Platform Compliance
You will not use Owl Gig Radar to violate Roadie’s terms, bypass Roadie security, bypass identity checks, spoof location, share accounts, misuse Roadie data, or interfere with Roadie’s platform. Roadie may limit, lock, suspend, or deactivate accounts according to its own policies.
Automation / AutoSubmit
AutoSubmit is optional, experimental, disabled by default, and must be enabled manually by the user. When enabled, it may use Android Accessibility to perform user-directed taps after the user’s filters mark a gig as eligible. Users accept full responsibility for offers submitted from their device and for any account-policy risk that may result.
No Guarantee
Owl Gig Radar does not guarantee gig availability, acceptance, earnings, account standing, or uninterrupted operation. We cannot guarantee that Roadie permits any specific third-party tool, automation mode, or workflow.
Safe Use
Do not interact with Owl Gig Radar while driving. Pull over safely before changing settings, granting permissions, reviewing gigs, or enabling AutoSubmit.
Privacy and Data
Do not use Owl Gig Radar to collect, upload, store, or disclose confidential Roadie, sender, recipient, or customer information. The app is not intended to request or store Roadie credentials or session tokens.
Service Changes
We may disable, restrict, or modify features, including AutoSubmit, at any time for safety, legal, policy, platform compatibility, technical, or operational reasons. This may include emergency feature disablement.
Membership
Membership access may be offered through daily, weekly, or monthly plans. Billing, renewals, and cancellations are managed through the payment provider when enabled. Cancellation or refund rules may be shown in the checkout flow or membership screen.
Reverse Engineering / Abuse
You agree not to abuse Owl Gig Radar services, reverse engineer protected service behavior, or misuse any membership access or support systems.
